App: 촉 (Chok) — Prediction Journal

Chok is a prediction journal. You record predictions you have already received elsewhere — for example a saju or tarot reading — and the app helps you score how accurate they turned out to be over time. Chok is designed with privacy as a foundation: it runs no account system that identifies you and does not track you. Your prediction entries are stored on your device.
Your prediction entries, the outcomes and accuracy scores you record, and the pattern reports the app generates from them are stored only on your device using Apple's on-device storage (SwiftData and UserDefaults). The developer has no access to them and they are not uploaded to any server run by the developer.
If you choose to add a prediction from a screenshot or photo, the app can read the text in that image to help you fill in an entry. This happens entirely on your device using Apple's on-device text recognition. The images you pick, and the text read from them, never leave your device and are not sent to the developer or to any third party.
The app only reads an image you explicitly select. It does not scan your photo library in the background. You can grant or revoke photo access at any time in your device's Settings.
Some versions of the app fetch general monthly content (such as seasonal or thematic reference material) over a secure HTTPS connection. These are plain read-only requests for the same public content everyone receives: no account, no login, and no personal data or entry content is sent, and the developer does not receive or log your predictions.
Chok does not track you and contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. No third party receives your entries.
The optional subscription is processed by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit). Apple handles all payment details; the developer does not collect or store your card or payment information.
The app is suitable for ages 4 and up and does not knowingly collect any information from children.
Because your data lives on your device, deleting the app removes all associated data. You may also delete individual entries within the app at any time.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL and the Effective Date above will be updated.

촉은 예측 저널입니다. 사주·타로 풀이 등 이용자가 다른 곳에서 이미 받은 예측을 기록해 두고, 시간이 지나 그 예측이 얼마나 맞았는지 점검하도록 도와줍니다. 촉은 개인정보 보호를 기본 원칙으로 설계되었습니다. 이용자를 식별하는 계정 시스템을 운영하지 않으며 이용자를 추적하지 않습니다. 예측 기록은 이용자 기기에 저장됩니다.
예측 기록, 이용자가 기록한 결과와 적중 점수, 그리고 이를 바탕으로 앱이 생성하는 패턴 리포트는 Apple의 기기 내 저장소(SwiftData, UserDefaults)를 사용해 이용자 기기에만 저장됩니다. 운영자는 이 데이터에 접근할 수 없으며, 운영자가 운영하는 어떤 서버로도 전송되지 않습니다.
스크린샷이나 사진에서 예측을 추가하기로 선택하면, 앱은 입력을 돕기 위해 해당 이미지의 텍스트를 읽을 수 있습니다. 이 과정은 Apple의 기기 내 문자 인식을 사용하여 전적으로 이용자 기기에서 이루어집니다. 이용자가 선택한 이미지와 거기서 읽은 텍스트는 기기를 벗어나지 않으며, 운영자나 제3자에게 전송되지 않습니다.
앱은 이용자가 명시적으로 선택한 이미지만 읽습니다. 백그라운드에서 사진 보관함을 훑지 않습니다. 사진 접근 권한은 기기 설정에서 언제든지 허용하거나 철회할 수 있습니다.
일부 버전에서는 보안 HTTPS 연결을 통해 일반적인 월간 콘텐츠(절기·주제별 참고 자료 등)를 받아옵니다. 이는 모든 이용자에게 동일하게 제공되는 공개 콘텐츠에 대한 단순 읽기 요청으로, 계정·로그인은 물론 개인정보나 기록 내용을 전송하지 않으며, 운영자는 이용자의 예측을 수신하거나 기록하지 않습니다.
촉은 이용자를 추적하지 않으며, 제3자 분석·광고 SDK를 포함하지 않습니다. 제3자에게 이용자의 기록을 제공하지 않습니다.
선택형 구독은 Apple App Store(StoreKit)를 통해 처리됩니다. 결제 정보는 Apple이 처리하며, 운영자는 카드 등 결제수단 정보를 수집·보관하지 않습니다.
본 앱은 만 4세 이상 누구나 사용할 수 있으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
데이터는 기기에 저장되므로 앱을 삭제하면 관련 데이터가 모두 제거됩니다. 앱 내에서 개별 기록을 언제든지 삭제할 수도 있습니다.
