Docently ("the App") respects your privacy and processes the minimum data necessary to provide the app's features.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, phone number, or address.

• Anonymous usage data: to power daily viewing, streaks, and the personal gallery, we store viewing activity (which artworks you viewed and completed) and your viewing streak, linked only to an anonymous identifier that is not tied to your real identity.
• Optional sign-in: if you choose to sign in (Sign in with Apple on iOS, or sign-in on Android), we receive a stable account identifier supplied by the platform so that your streak and saved artworks can be restored across your devices. We do not receive or store your email address or password.
• We do not access location, contacts, photos, microphone, or other sensitive device data.

2. Storage & Processing

Anonymous usage data is stored and processed via our cloud database provider (Supabase). Artwork images are served via Cloudflare R2. Some settings — such as your preferred language and locally cached streak — are stored on your device.

3. Payments

Subscriptions (Docently+) are processed through Apple App Store In-App Purchase on iOS and Google Play Billing on Android. Payment method and card details are handled by Apple or Google respectively; the App does not collect, receive, or access your payment information.

4. Tracking & Advertising

The App shows no advertising and performs no third-party or cross-app tracking (no IDFA on iOS, no advertising ID on Android).

5. Third Parties

Infrastructure: Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudflare (image delivery via R2). Payments: Apple (App Store), Google (Google Play). We do not sell or share your data with any other third party.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

To request deletion of the anonymous usage data associated with your account or device, please contact us at the email below. We will process your request within a reasonable time.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any updated version will be posted at this URL, and the Effective Date above will be updated.

Docently("본 앱")는 이용자의 개인정보를 존중하며, 앱 기능 제공에 필요한 최소한의 데이터만 처리합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

본 앱은 이름·전화번호·주소 등 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

• 익명 사용 데이터: 오늘의 그림 감상·스트릭·보관고 기능 제공을 위해 감상 기록(어떤 작품을 보았고 완주했는지)과 연속 관람 기록 (스트릭)을 저장할 수 있습니다. 이 데이터는 이용자의 실제 신원과 연결되지 않는 익명 식별자에 연결됩니다.
• 선택적 로그인: 이용자가 로그인(iOS의 Sign in with Apple 또는 Android의 로그인)을 선택하는 경우, 여러 기기에서 스트릭·저장 작품이 복원될 수 있도록 플랫폼이 제공하는 안정적 계정 식별자를 수신합니다. 이메일 주소나 비밀번호는 수신·저장하지 않습니다.
• 위치·연락처·사진·마이크 등 기기 민감 정보에는 접근하지 않습니다.

2. 데이터 저장 및 처리

익명 사용 데이터는 클라우드 데이터베이스 제공자(Supabase)를 통해 저장·처리됩니다. 작품 이미지는 Cloudflare R2를 통해 제공됩니다. 언어 설정, 기기 내 스트릭 캐시 등 일부 설정값은 이용자 기기에 저장됩니다.

3. 결제

구독(Docently+)은 iOS에서는 Apple App Store 인앱결제, Android에서는 Google Play Billing으로 처리됩니다. 결제 수단 및 카드 정보는 Apple 또는 Google이 처리하며, 본 앱은 결제 정보를 수집·수신·열람하지 않습니다.

4. 추적 및 광고

본 앱은 광고를 게재하지 않으며, 제3자 추적이나 앱 간 추적을 수행하지 않습니다(iOS의 IDFA 미사용, Android의 광고 ID 미사용).

5. 제3자 제공

인프라: Supabase(데이터베이스·인증), Cloudflare(R2를 통한 이미지 전송). 결제: Apple(App Store), Google(Google Play). 그 외 어떠한 제3자에게도 이용자 데이터를 판매하거나 공유하지 않습니다.

6. 아동

본 앱은 아동을 주된 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

7. 데이터 보관 및 삭제

계정 또는 기기에 연결된 익명 사용 데이터의 삭제를 원하시면 아래 이메일로 요청해 주시기 바랍니다. 합리적인 기간 내에 처리합니다.

8. 방침 변경

본 방침은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 URL에 업데이트된 내용을 게시하고 상단의 시행일을 갱신합니다.
