1. Overview

Paletta uses your information to the minimum extent possible and does not require an account or login. Your color diary lives on your device.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

Your diary entries and preferences — such as your selected personal color — are stored only on your device (UserDefaults) and are not transmitted externally.

3. Location & Weather

Paletta can use your current location to fetch local weather, which fine-tunes the day's color recommendation. When you allow location access, your coordinates are sent per request to the weather service Open-Meteo solely to retrieve weather. Coordinates are not stored by the app or any server and are not linked to any identity. If you do not grant location permission, the app works normally using seasonal defaults.

4. Information We Do NOT Collect

• Personal identifiers such as name, email, or phone number
• Advertising identifiers or analytics/tracking data
• Any external transmission of your usage history

5. Third Parties

Aside from passing coordinates to Open-Meteo for weather lookup, Paletta does not provide your information to any third party. The app contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.

To deliver new monthly color palettes and stories, the app periodically downloads public content files from our content server (GitHub Pages). These are anonymous read-only requests for static files — no personal data, account, identifiers, or usage information is transmitted.

6. Purchases

Any optional purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit). Apple handles all payment details; the developer does not collect or store your card or payment information.

7. Children

The app does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

Because your data lives on your device, deleting the app removes all associated data.

9. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL and the Effective Date above will be updated.

1. 개요

Paletta는 사용자의 개인정보를 최소한으로만 사용하며, 별도의 계정이나 로그인을 요구하지 않습니다. 색 다이어리는 이용자 기기에 저장됩니다.

2. 기기 내 저장 데이터

다이어리 기록과 선택한 퍼스널 컬러 등 환경설정은 기기 내부(UserDefaults)에만 저장되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.

3. 위치 · 날씨

Paletta는 현재 위치의 날씨를 가져와 오늘의 색 조합을 보정하는 데 위치 정보를 사용할 수 있습니다. 위치 권한을 허용하면 좌표는 날씨 조회를 위해 날씨 서비스 Open-Meteo로 요청 시마다 일시적으로 전송됩니다. 좌표는 앱이나 서버에 저장되지 않으며 어떤 신원과도 연결되지 않습니다. 위치 권한을 허용하지 않아도 앱은 절기 기준으로 정상 동작합니다.

4. 수집하지 않는 정보

• 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 개인 식별 정보
• 광고 식별자, 분석/추적 데이터
• 사용 기록의 외부 전송

5. 제3자 제공

위치 기반 날씨 조회를 위해 Open-Meteo에 좌표를 전달하는 것 외에 어떤 제3자에게도 정보를 제공하지 않습니다. 앱은 광고·분석 SDK를 포함하지 않습니다.

매월 새로운 색 팔레트·컬러 스토리를 제공하기 위해, 앱은 콘텐츠 서버(GitHub Pages)에서 공개 콘텐츠 파일을 주기적으로 내려받습니다. 이는 정적 파일에 대한 익명 읽기 요청이며, 개인정보·계정·식별자·이용 기록은 일절 전송되지 않습니다.

6. 결제

선택형 결제가 있는 경우 Apple App Store(StoreKit)를 통해 처리됩니다. 결제 정보는 Apple이 처리하며, 운영자는 카드 등 결제수단 정보를 수집·보관하지 않습니다.

7. 아동

앱은 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

8. 데이터 보관 및 삭제

데이터는 기기에 저장되므로 앱을 삭제하면 관련 데이터가 모두 제거됩니다.

9. 방침 변경

본 방침이 변경될 경우 해당 URL에 업데이트된 내용을 게시하고 상단의 시행일을 갱신합니다.

10. 문의
