1. Overview

Tuk helps you get started on tasks you have been putting off by breaking them into a small first step. It is built to work fully on your device. There is no account to create, no server that identifies you, and no tracking. Everything you enter stays on your device.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• No sign-up: we do not collect your name, email address, or phone number
• No advertising identifier (IDFA)
• No usage analytics or crash-reporting SDKs
• No location, contacts, photos, or health data

3. Data Stored on Your Device

Your tasks, your record of the starts you make, and your garden progress are stored only on your device using Apple's on-device storage (SwiftData and UserDefaults). The developer has no access to them, and they are not uploaded to any server run by the developer.

4. Notifications

With your permission, Tuk can send local notifications — for example a gentle nudge to take a first step. These are scheduled and delivered on your device; no notification content is sent to the developer or any third party. You can turn notifications on or off at any time in your device's Settings.

5. No Network Data Collection

Tuk does not run a backend that receives your data. It does not sell or share your information, because it does not collect it in the first place.

6. Tracking & Advertising

Tuk does not track you and contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

7. Purchases (Subscription)

The optional subscription is processed by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit). Apple handles all payment details; the developer does not collect or store your card or payment information.

8. Children's Privacy

The app is suitable for ages 4 and up and does not knowingly collect any information from children.

9. Data Retention & Deletion

Because your data lives on your device, deleting the app removes all associated data. You may also delete individual tasks and records within the app at any time.

10. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL and the Effective Date above will be updated.

1. 개요

툭은 미뤄 온 일을 작은 첫걸음으로 쪼개어 착수를 돕는 앱입니다. 툭은 전적으로 이용자 기기에서 작동하도록 설계되었습니다. 만들 계정도, 이용자를 식별하는 서버도, 추적도 없습니다. 이용자가 입력한 모든 내용은 기기에 남습니다.

2. 수집하지 않는 정보

• 회원가입 없음: 이름·이메일·전화번호를 수집하지 않습니다
• 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 사용하지 않습니다
• 사용 분석·충돌 보고 SDK를 포함하지 않습니다
• 위치·연락처·사진·건강 데이터를 사용하지 않습니다

3. 기기 내 저장 데이터

이용자의 할 일, 착수 기록, 정원 진행 상황은 Apple의 기기 내 저장소(SwiftData, UserDefaults)를 사용해 이용자 기기에만 저장됩니다. 운영자는 이 데이터에 접근할 수 없으며, 운영자가 운영하는 어떤 서버로도 전송되지 않습니다.

4. 알림

툭은 이용자가 허용한 경우 로컬 알림(예: 첫걸음을 떼도록 하는 부드러운 알림)을 보낼 수 있습니다. 이 알림은 이용자 기기에서 예약·전달되며, 알림 내용은 운영자나 제3자에게 전송되지 않습니다. 알림은 기기 설정에서 언제든지 켜거나 끌 수 있습니다.

5. 네트워크 데이터 수집 없음

툭은 이용자의 데이터를 수신하는 백엔드를 운영하지 않습니다. 애초에 정보를 수집하지 않으므로 이를 판매하거나 공유하지 않습니다.

6. 추적 · 광고

툭은 이용자를 추적하지 않으며, 제3자 분석·광고 SDK를 포함하지 않습니다.

7. 결제(구독)

선택형 구독은 Apple App Store(StoreKit)를 통해 처리됩니다. 결제 정보는 Apple이 처리하며, 운영자는 카드 등 결제수단 정보를 수집·보관하지 않습니다.

8. 아동

본 앱은 만 4세 이상 누구나 사용할 수 있으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

9. 데이터 보관 및 삭제

데이터는 기기에 저장되므로 앱을 삭제하면 관련 데이터가 모두 제거됩니다. 앱 내에서 개별 할 일과 기록을 언제든지 삭제할 수도 있습니다.

10. 방침 변경

본 방침이 변경될 경우 해당 URL에 업데이트된 내용을 게시하고 상단의 시행일을 갱신합니다.
