The map is not filling in

Outpost needs Precise Location. With it off, accuracy is measured in kilometres and nothing can be claimed. iOS Settings → Outpost → Location → Precise Location.
To claim while the app is closed, turn on Keep claiming when the app is closed at the bottom of the map and allow Always location access.
Claiming a tile takes 15 minutes in one place on the same day. Simply passing through leaves a flag, not a claim.
Low Power Mode and Background App Refresh being off will both reduce how often iOS wakes the app.

Nothing is claimed while I am in a car

That is intentional. Roads you drive through are not claimed, so that a commute does not fill the map. Passing through still leaves a flag.

I bought a theme and it is not there

Open the theme screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account used for the purchase.

What happens if I cancel All Access?

Themes you were using through the subscription are locked again. Themes you purchased individually stay yours permanently.

Does it drain the battery?

It should not. The app avoids continuous GPS and relies on low-power location signals that iOS already produces. In field testing it stayed under 1% of daily battery use.

지도가 채워지지 않아요

정확한 위치가 켜져 있어야 합니다. 꺼져 있으면 오차가 킬로미터 단위라 아무것도 점령되지 않습니다. 설정 → Outpost → 위치 → 정확한 위치.
앱을 닫은 동안에도 점령하려면 지도 하단의 앱을 닫아도 자동으로 정복을 켜고 위치 권한을 항상으로 허용해 주세요.
점령에는 같은 날 한곳에서 15분이 필요합니다. 지나가기만 하면 깃발만 남습니다.
저전력 모드가 켜져 있거나 백그라운드 앱 새로 고침이 꺼져 있으면 iOS가 앱을 깨우는 빈도가 줄어듭니다.

차를 타고 다니면 점령이 안 돼요

의도한 동작입니다. 출퇴근길이 지도를 다 채워버리지 않도록, 차로 지나간 도로는 점령되지 않습니다. 지나간 자리에는 깃발이 남습니다.

테마를 샀는데 안 보여요

테마 화면에서 구매 복원을 눌러 주세요. 구매에 사용한 Apple 계정으로 로그인되어 있는지도 확인해 주세요.

전체 이용권을 해지하면 어떻게 되나요?

이용권으로 쓰던 테마는 다시 잠깁니다. 개별로 구매한 테마는 영구히 남습니다.

배터리를 많이 쓰나요?

그렇지 않습니다. GPS를 계속 켜두지 않고 iOS가 이미 만들어내는 저전력 위치 신호에 얹혀 동작합니다. 실기기 테스트에서 하루 사용량의 1% 미만이었습니다.
