1. What the app does

Outpost turns the places you spend time into territory on a map. Staying in one place claims it; returning on different days fortifies it. Claiming the map is free and always will be — there is no limit on how much of it you can fill.

2. Please look up from your phone

Do not use this app while driving, cycling, or crossing a road. Outpost is designed to work with the screen off, so there is never a reason to hold it while moving. You are responsible for your own safety and for obeying local laws. Do not enter private property, restricted areas, or anywhere unsafe in order to claim tiles.

3. Purchases

Themes change the appearance of the map only. They do not affect how fast or how far you can claim.

Individual themes are one-time purchases. Once bought, a theme is yours permanently.
All Access is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) that unlocks every theme, including seasonal editions released while you are subscribed.

4. Subscription terms

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel it in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
If the subscription ends, themes you were using through All Access are locked again. Themes you purchased individually remain yours.

5. Refunds

All purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are made to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com; the developer cannot issue refunds directly.

6. Your data

Your map is stored on your device. The developer does not receive it and therefore cannot restore it for you. See the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to falsify location data, tamper with the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law. Doing so may result in loss of access to optional online features.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". Map data, district boundaries, and reachable-area estimates are approximations and may be inaccurate. The app is a game and must not be relied on for navigation, emergency use, or any purpose where an error could cause harm.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above and described in the app's release notes.

1. 이 앱이 하는 일

머문 장소가 지도 위의 영토가 됩니다. 한곳에 머물면 점령되고, 다른 날에 다시 찾으면 요새가 됩니다. 지도를 채우는 것은 무료이며 앞으로도 그렇습니다 — 채울 수 있는 양에 제한을 두지 않습니다.

2. 화면에서 눈을 떼세요

운전 중, 자전거 주행 중, 길을 건널 때는 이 앱을 사용하지 마세요. Outpost는 화면을 끈 채로도 동작하도록 만들었으므로 이동 중에 들여다볼 이유가 없습니다. 안전과 관련 법규 준수의 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 칸을 얻기 위해 사유지, 출입 제한 구역, 위험한 장소에 들어가지 마세요.

3. 구매

테마는 지도의 겉모습만 바꿉니다. 정복 속도나 범위에는 영향을 주지 않습니다.

개별 테마는 1회 구매이며, 한 번 구매하면 영구히 이용할 수 있습니다.
전체 이용권은 자동 갱신 구독(월간·연간)으로, 모든 테마와 구독 기간 중 출시되는 시즌 한정 테마를 이용할 수 있습니다.

4. 구독 조건

구매 확정 시 Apple 계정으로 결제됩니다.
현재 기간 종료 24시간 전까지 해지하지 않으면 자동으로 갱신됩니다.
해지·관리는 iOS 설정 → 사용자 이름 → 구독에서 할 수 있습니다.
구독이 끝나면 이용권으로 쓰던 테마는 다시 잠깁니다. 개별로 구매한 테마는 그대로 남습니다.

5. 환불

모든 결제는 Apple이 처리합니다. 환불은 reportaproblem.apple.com을 통해 Apple에 요청하며, 개발자가 직접 환불할 수 없습니다.

6. 이용자의 데이터

지도는 기기에 저장됩니다. 개발자는 이를 전달받지 않으므로 복구해 드릴 수 없습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침을 참고하세요.

7. 금지 행위

위치 정보를 위조하거나 앱을 변조하는 행위, 법령을 위반하는 방식의 이용을 금지합니다. 위반 시 선택적 온라인 기능의 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

8. 면책

앱은 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 지도 데이터, 행정 경계, 도달 가능 구역 추정치는 근사값이며 부정확할 수 있습니다. 이 앱은 게임이며 길 안내, 긴급 상황, 오류가 피해로 이어질 수 있는 용도로 사용해서는 안 됩니다.

9. 변경

약관은 변경될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 위 시행일에 반영하고 앱 릴리스 노트에 밝힙니다.
